Canaries Grassroots Program is a non profit, sports organisation, based in Canaries, saint Lucia, W.I

The organisation was founded in August 2009, after a SSF summer program was launched in the community. Resulting from this program was identification of the many beautiful talents that the community possesses. what that summer program provided was one week of aiding to the Street children problem that the community was facing, so after building the interest of the Youth in the community and the Local FA we began this program, which enhances personal development development of community athletes.

over the past couple years, the program has seen a number of success stories, nationally, regionally and soon internationally, with players winning the Women's and girls tournament and qualifying for semi final action, every year in the Saint Lucia Football Association youth tournaments. The Saint Lucia Football Association, has now opened a FA development Center.

Canaries is now the community with the most promising national team qualifies players, lead by Head Coach David Henry, FA coach Stapleton Felix, FA coach Shenelle Francis and Coach & Administrative personnel; Vernet Longville.
