Fot the past 5 years we have dedicated our time, to developing youth talent in the community of Canaries through our second chance concept, many kids are new to the game and many are really well talented and should be playing to national team level, but what good is talent which is not managed and developed, Highly qualified as we are in what we do, we make sure that everychild leaves the pitch,thinking that my special opportunity will come and i will make the best of it.
